Warranty / Spares / Returns
Of course all our products come with the statutory two-year full warranty. Also after the expiry of the warranty period, we still stand up straight for the quality of our products.
Please contact us whenever you notice or even only suspect a malfunction. In many cases we can help "online" or with a spare part. If necessary we will provide you with an RMA-number, so that our service can check your instrument effectively and return it as soon as possible.
The conditions and - if so - costs of our services are transparent and carried by the good will to find a pleasant solution for you.
