Dispatch and Terms of Delivery

Orders placed and payments effected, resp. authorised (PayPal, credit card) by 11.00 am of each working day will be processed and forwarded to the shipping agency the same day if on stock. Current shipping fees and delivery times can be found in the table below. No shipments to so-called packing stations.

Explanations regarding the terms of delivery:

• After commissioning your order to the shipping agency, we have no further influence on its procedure. Please contact us if you have not received your shipment after the stated maximum time of delivery. We will be glad to be of help.
• Please allow longer delivery times if you're ordering from addresses outside commercial centres.
• The delivery of shipments to non-EU countries can possibly be subject to delays of several days caused by local customs procedures.
• Presently shipments to Ukraine cannot be offered.
• Important for shipments to UK: Please be informed that as a direct consequence of Brexit, you will be charged import duties upon delivery by the forwarder (in our case UPS). We haven't got any influence on this and cannot tell the rate. If you're not willing to pay these fees, the shipment will have to be sent back to us. This may take several weeks or even months. Therefore, please confirm either by mail or in the remarks field on your order that you agree to these fees, and will be paying them upon delivery. Otherwise we cannot dispatch.
